After two nights in different rooms, I found that the hotel needs minor repairs and seems a bit run down. However, the rooms were spacious with high ceilings that made me feel good. It's disappointing that several amenities listed were missing like no minibar, no electric kettle, no toiletries, no bathrobes or slippers, no dining table, and the 'hot tub' was just a bath tub.
Staying at Riad Diram was an absolute gem. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and definitely worth the money, even though they lacked some listed amenities. The service provided by the staff was more than perfect, as they went above and beyond to assist us. The neighborhood had an upper middle-class feel and was conveniently located in a cleaner area than the central old medina, making Riad Diram a great value.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were incredibly beautiful, paying attention to the smallest details, but I did miss having some sunlight and fresh air after a day or so. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff; however, our opinion changed slightly due to an overpriced official walking tour. The location was a plus factor, being close to main sights and easily accessible by taxi. The dining experience was good, offering delicious options to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
